SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Orders ship in 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 11am PST usually ship within the next business day.
You have up to 30 days to return your item(s) in new condition with original packaging and tags for a full refund or exchange. Items showing wear qualify for full store credit if returned within 30 days from purchase. Items returned or exchanged without the original packaging and tags will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
For orders within the United States - orders over $79 are eligible for free return shipping. For orders under $79 (not including shipping fees), you may request a pre-paid shipping label from us at a cost of $10 to cover the cost of shipping (we can either deduct $10 from your refund or send a link to pay the $10 fee for exchanges). Crossover Culture is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Shipping cost of returns from outside of the U.S. is the responsibility of the party returning the goods. Shipment should be sent using an insured and traceable carrier of your choice. Crossover Culture is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Shipping costs are not refundable. We do not refund expedited shipping costs – that includes USPS Priority and UPS Ground or faster methods. We are not responsible for shipping delays (such as from USPS or UPS).
To request a prepaid return label, please email us at email@example.com the email subject line “Returns”. Please include your name, email address, order number, the name of the items you are returning as listed on your order receipt.
Note: "Final Sale" items (items ending in "$.97") are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
